What You'll Do
As our Google Ads Specialist, you will take ownership of driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and profitability across our UK market. You will:
Lead, optimize, and expand campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Manage and scale monthly budgets of up to $100K+, focusing on ROAS, revenue, and sustainable growth.
Drive performance through keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Monitor results and extract insights using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Collaborate closely with our creative and e-commerce teams to align ads with product launches and seasonal events.
Stay ahead of UK market trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Present clear and actionable performance reporting to help shape strategy.
What You Bring
1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience within the e-commerce space.
Proven success running UK-targeted Google Ads campaigns.
Experience managing budgets of $30K+ per month with measurable results.
Strong command of Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Merchant Centre optimization.
Analytical thinker with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Excellent English communication skills.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Big Advantage)
Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads for UK audiences.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce frameworks.
Knowledge of feed optimization tools, automation, and data-driven workflows.
