Burj ul Zaki Boutique Hotel is a premier destination offering luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences. We pride ourselves on elegance, comfort, and service excellence. To expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns (online & offline).
  • Sales representative skilled at converting leads into clients through calls and text, using basic call center sales techniques.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain the hotel's social media presence and update digital marketing channels.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools & social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
