We're hiring a Video Editing Expert who's fluent in both traditional editing and the new wave of AI-powered content creation. If you know how to cut clean, create hype, and leverage tools like Sora, NanoBanana, Runway, and AI voice-over generators, you'll thrive here. Most of our work revolves around high-impact video ads.

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-performing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with trend-driven transitions, pacing, and hooks.
  • Create AI-assisted video concepts using tools like Sora, NanoBanana, Runway Gen-2, etc.
  • Produce polished long-form edits using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Add text overlays, motion graphics, and storytelling effects.
  • Use AI voice-over tools (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, etc.) when needed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft scroll-stopping ad creatives.
  • Optimize videos for platform specs and ad performance.
  • Do basic color grading, audio corrections, and cleanup.

Requirements

  • Proven editing experience with a portfolio showcasing Reels/Shorts/TikTok work.
  • Strong command of AI video tools (Sora, NanoBanana, Runway, Pika, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalents.
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, platform guidelines, and performance-focused editing.
  • Creative instincts + attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: After Effects or motion graphics skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs75,000.00 per month
