Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain cycle from raw material procurement to product dispatch.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, and Warehouse to ensure timely order completion.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement inventory control systems.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and negotiate with vendors for pricing and timely deliveries.
  • Lead demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present supply chain performance to management.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience (preferably in paint, chemical, or manufacturing).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office & ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
