Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Motion Designer (UI Motion & Gamification) to join our team.

This is not a generic video animator or frontend developer role — we need a mobile-first motion expert who can design, prototype, and deliver ultra-smooth animations for:

• Coin rewards & coin fly animations
• Gamified popups & reward boxes
• Progress, levels, streaks
• Confetti, celebrations, boosts
• Micro-interactions across the app
• Feature highlight animations
• Interactive UI transitions

You will create high-quality motion assets using Rive or Lottie (After Effects/Bodymovin), and work closely with Flutter, Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android) teams to integrate them seamlessly into the product.

This role sits at the intersection of design, animation, product, and mobile engineering—perfect for someone who loves making apps feel magical, responsive, and alive.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI Motion Design & Animation

• Design delightful micro-interactions for buttons, gestures, transitions, and in-app events.
• Create gamified animations such as:
• Coin bursts, coin counters, fly-to-wallet effects
• Daily rewards, streaks, progress levels
• Opening chests, cards, badges, achievements
• Reaction effects (like, share, follow animations)
• Prototype complex interactions using Rive, After Effects, or Figma Smart Animate.
• Deliver optimized Rive or Lottie JSON animations suitable for mobile performance.

Gamification Systems & Visual Effects

• Build reusable animation libraries for:
• Reward systems
• Popups
• Victory/Success animations
• Notifications and streaks
• Visual feedback for interactions
• Collaborate with product teams to define motion rules, timing, easing, and frequency.

Integration & Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Flutter engineers
• iOS (Swift) engineers
• Android (Kotlin) engineers
• Prepare assets for smooth integration:
• State machines (for Rive)
• Animation triggers
• Loop/stop logic
• Performance-optimized versions
• Provide documentation specifying:
• Interaction states
• Callbacks
• Trigger conditions
• Asset sizes

Performance & Consistency

• Ensure all animations run at 60fps on mid-range devices.
• Keep asset sizes small and optimized.
• Maintain a consistent motion style across the entire product.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

Strong experience in UI/UX motion design for mobile apps

Expert in Rive and/or Lottie (After Effects + Bodymovin)

Portfolio showing micro-interactions, gamification, or in-app animations

Ability to design 2D motion graphics tailored for product environments

Experience collaborating with engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, Android)

Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation, squash & stretch)

Ability to optimize animations for mobile performance and low file size

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Flutter animation workflows

Experience exporting state machines for Rive

Knowledge of SwiftUI animations, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter Hero animations

Experience creating game-like UI/UX interactions

Understanding of gamification psychology and retention UX

Basic knowledge of Figma component/animation systems
