About the Role

Are you passionate about bridging business needs with technology? We're looking for a
detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant
to join our team. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP solutions that drive business success.

Your mission:
transform business requirements into seamless Odoo workflows and provide exceptional post-implementation support.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Implement and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct functional testing and assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Customize workflows and reports using Odoo's built-in tools.
  • Collaborate with technical developers for custom features implementation.
  • Prepare documentation: user manuals, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Support data migration, system integration, and ERP upgrades.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Odoo in multi-department organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with workflows in
    Sales, Project Management, Accounting, and HR
    .
  • Skilled in
    system integration, data migration, and module customization
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Odoo certification or project management experience is a plus.
