We are offering an internship opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to build their careers in the study abroad and immigration sector. As a Trainee Adviser, you will learn how to counsel clients, handle inquiries, and support the process of overseas education and immigration applications. This role provides practical exposure to client advisory and career guidance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior advisers in counseling students and clients about study abroad and immigration options.
- Brief clients on calls and provide initial guidance under supervision.
- Learn to manage documentation, eligibility checks, and application procedures.
- Handle inquiries from both students and mature clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain records and support the achievement of team targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's qualification (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in study abroad and immigration consultancy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients confidently and professionally.
- Willingness to learn sales, advisory, and client-handling techniques.
Note: Internship completion certificates will be provided. Successful trainees may be considered for permanent roles based on performance.
