We are seeking a motivated Junior D365 F&SO Technical Consultant with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions within our D365 F&SO environment. You will work on core ERP modules to analyze requirements, build technical components, and ensure system stability. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical career in a collaborative, onsite setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:

  2. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to analyze and document technical requirements.

  3. Translate business needs into viable technical specifications and designs.

2. Development & Customization:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy technical components within D365 F&SO.
  • Develop and modify SSRS reports for financial, supply chain, and operational data.
  • Customize D365 forms and user interfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Build and integrate web services (OData, REST APIs) for seamless data exchange.
  • Create and manage data entities for data import/export and integration.

3. Technical Impact Analysis:

  • Perform impact analysis for proposed customizations and updates.
  • Identify risks and dependencies to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on technical development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SO).
  • Proficiency in the D365 F&SO technology stack, including X++.
  • Practical experience in at least two of the following:
  • Developing SSRS reports.
  • Customizing D365 Forms.
  • Building and consuming Web Services.
  • Working with Data Entities and the Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
