Goldfinch is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity and engage our target audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to translate strategic goals into engaging visual content.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Prepare design files and assets for production, ensuring accuracy and readiness for print or digital use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
