About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Screeners to join our growing Medicare Campaign team. As a Call Screener, you will be the first point of contact for callers responding to our Medicare advertisements. Your primary responsibility is to screen incoming calls, verify eligibility, and ensure only qualified leads are transferred to our licensed insurance agents.

This is a vital role where professionalism, strong communication, and attentiveness to detail will directly impact the success of our campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from potential Medicare customers.
  • Follow a pre-set qualification script to determine caller eligibility (age, Medicare status, location, etc.).
  • Accurately record caller details in the system.
  • Politely handle non-qualified calls and guide them appropriately.
  • Transfer qualified leads seamlessly to licensed agents.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone at all times.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs for call handling and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and listening).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Ability to follow scripts and maintain compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
  • Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Must be on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi office.
