We're Hiring – Chief Surveyor (Civil Infrastructure Projects)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Surveyor to join our team for large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all surveying activities, ensuring precision, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all surveying operations across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Ensure accurate setting out, levels, and alignments for all civil works.
• Review and verify survey data, drawings, and calculations before execution.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and QA/QC teams to address technical challenges.
• Manage and maintain survey instruments and calibration records.
• Prepare and update as-built survey reports and documentation.
• Guide and train junior surveyors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in civil infrastructure projects (utilities, structures, land development, etc.).
• Proficient in surveying instruments and software (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
