About Student Ways:

At Student Ways, we help students achieve their dream of studying abroad through expert counselling, transparency, and fast-track processes.

We're expanding our dynamic team and looking for a motivated and confident individual who knows how to turn conversations into successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and parents to promote study abroad programs across destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
  • Understand client needs, academic backgrounds, and preferences to suggest suitable study options.
  • Convert leads into enrolments through persuasive communication and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with counsellors and marketing teams to execute effective follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain student records and track sales targets.
  • Participate in education expos, student sessions, and online promotions when required.

Requirements:

  • A Level or Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in counselling, a study abroad consulting company, or in a sales or business development–related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and intuitive approach to communication and connection.
  • A confident personality with a passion for helping students achieve their global education goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
