Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Islamabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in choosing the best Umrah packages to suit their requirements, handling inquiries about travel services, and processing bookings. The individual will actively promote and recommend Umrah packages, liaise with vendors, and collaborate with the internal team to provide exceptional service. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and achieving sales targets are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills to address client needs and provide tailored package solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet sales targets within set deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Knowledge or experience in travel and tourism, particularly the Umrah industry, is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
  • A passion for customer service and helping others achieve memorable travel experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
