Office Job Responsibilities
:

Counsel and guide students on study opportunities in the UK.

Provide detailed information about UK universities, courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.

Handle inquiries effectively and convert leads into confirmed student applications.

Achieve student recruitment targets set by management.

Manage and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and agents.

Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with university admission procedures.

Conduct seminars, info sessions, and participate in promotional activities as required.

Maintain professional communication and provide timely updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, specifically for the UK market.

Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, and admission processes.

Proven track record in sales closing and student conversion.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve results.

Salary & Benefits
:

For 2 years of experience
: PKR 40,000 basic salary + PKR 15,000 - PKR 30,000 commission per student (commission added to monthly salary).

For 4 years of experience (with proven sales closing track record)
: PKR 60,000 basic salary +
PKR 15,000 - PKR 30,000
commission per student.
