Hotel Onboarding Call Agent
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting hotels worldwide, explaining our services, and onboarding them to our platform. This role is focused on making outbound calls, convincing hotel managers/owners, and ensuring successful property listing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to hotels worldwide to introduce
  • Explain partnership benefits and convince hotels to list their properties
  • Guide hotels through the onboarding process step by step
  • Ensure property details, photos, and rates are submitted accurately
  • Maintain records of calls and onboarding progress in CRM/system
  • Meet daily/weekly call and onboarding targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Ability to follow scripts and achieve onboarding targets
  • Organized and detail-oriented with basic computer skills
