ICT Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with hands on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, hardware, and networks. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day to day operations and providing technical assistance to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and manage system performance and network connectivity.
• Support Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues with productivity tools, office software, and web applications.
• Work with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and web based applications.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
