Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Helpdesk Technician located in DHA, Lahore, Pakustan. The Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, repairing desktop computers, and offering help desk support for various technical problems. The role entails supporting end-users by diagnosing problems, suggesting solutions, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Help Desk Support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications in computer repair or technical support are a plus
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
