Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of RF circuits for wireless communication systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to define RF system requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST etc.) for modeling and analysis of RF circuits.
  • Design and optimize RF front-end components, including filters, LNAs, power amplifiers, and antennas.
  • Work closely with PCB designers to integrate RF circuits into overall system designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for new RF technologies.
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of RF components and materials.
  • Perform RF measurements,
    Troubleshoot, debug
    and testing using network analyzers and spectrum analyzers etc.
  • Previous experience in development of Software Define Radios is a plus point.
  • Ability to lead the RF team with strong composure and effective leadership qualities is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in RF design.
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as ADS, CST, HFSS, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of RF circuit design principles, transmission lines, and impedance matching.
  • Familiarity with RF measurement equipment, including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication standards and protocols.
  • Experience in antenna design and testing is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for leading the RF team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
