Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

to ensure the reliability, functionality, and scalability of our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience testing
third-party integrations, APIs, AI-driven features, and front-end interfaces

, along with a solid understanding of both
Python

and

backends.

You will work closely with developers, AI engineers, and project managers to design, execute, and automate test cases — ensuring that every release meets our high standards for performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    end-to-end testing

across the application (frontend, backend, and AI modules).
- Perform
third-party integrations testing

(APIs, webhooks, and automation flows).
- Test and validate
API endpoints

using
Postman

and automated test suites.
- Execute
frontend testing

(UI/UX validation, responsiveness, cross-browser consistency).
- Perform
AI agentic testing

, validating response accuracy, contextual behavior, and edge cases.
- Conduct
load testing

,
A/B testing

, and
performance benchmarking

for scalability assessment.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies using a structured reporting process.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and verify fixes post-deployment.
- Work with Python and environments to test backend logic and API reliability.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of
testing documentation

, including test plans, cases, and reports.
- Recommend and implement best practices for continuous testing and CI/CD integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in
    manual and automated testing

methodologies.
- Experience with
Postman

, or similar API testing tools.
- Hands-on experience testing

- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of

- Familiarity with
testing cloud deployments

(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of
