Position Overview:

We're seeking a 
Sales Executive
 to join our growing dispatching team. The ideal candidate is driven, persuasive, and skilled at building strong relationships with 
carriers, owner-operators, and shippers
. This position offers flexibility to work 
remotely or on-site
, with excellent earning potential through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and onboard new carriers and shippers for dispatching services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
  • Negotiate rates and secure loads to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth load coordination.
  • Track performance, prepare sales reports, and meet monthly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in 
    truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics sales
     (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. transportation and freight market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
