Position Overview:
We're seeking a
Sales Executive
to join our growing dispatching team. The ideal candidate is driven, persuasive, and skilled at building strong relationships with
carriers, owner-operators, and shippers
. This position offers flexibility to work
remotely or on-site
, with excellent earning potential through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new carriers and shippers for dispatching services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
- Negotiate rates and secure loads to maximize profit margins.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth load coordination.
- Track performance, prepare sales reports, and meet monthly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in
truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics sales
(preferred). - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. transportation and freight market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
