About the Role

We are looking for a
Full-Stack Engineer
with strong experience in
TypeScript
,
Vue 3
, and a modern DevOps/testing pipeline to help us build and scale our next-generation web application. You'll own features end-to-end: from designing Vue components and state management to building secure APIs and integrating with our PostgreSQL/MySQL databases on GCP.

What You'll Work On

Frontend (Vue 3 + TypeScript)

• Build responsive, accessible UI using
  Vue 3.2
  with
  
  and
  ref sugar
• Manage application state with
  Pinia
  (experience with fully typed Vuex is a plus)
• Implement routing with
  vue-router 4
• Style interfaces with
  Tailwind CSS 3
  plus plugins:
• @tailwindcss/aspect-ratio
• @tailwindcss/line-clamp
• @tailwindcss/typography
• @tailwindcss/forms
• Custom
  firefox-variant
  configuration
• Use
  unplugin-auto-import
  and
  unplugin-vue-components
  for automatic imports
• Work with
  PostCSS 8
  , postcss-nesting, and
  cssnano
  for optimized production CSS
• Keep code quality high with
  ESLint
  and
  Prettier

Backend & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain services using
  Knex
  for data access
• Design and optimize schemas/queries for
  PostgreSQL
  and
  MySQL
• Deploy and operate services on
  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Containerize and orchestrate services using
  Docker

Quality & DevOps

• Write unit tests with
  Vitest
• Implement component & e2e tests using
  Playwright
• Work within CI/CD pipelines using:
• GitHub Workflows
• GitLab CI
  (existing configs up to v2.x)
• Maintain dependency health with
  Renovatebot
• Work with predefined typed globals (VITE_APP_VERSION, VITE_APP_BUILD_EPOCH) and @ aliasing to /src
• Ensure all changes are covered by
  automated unit, component, and e2e tests

Responsibilities

• Develop new features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to define and refine requirements
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security
• Own technical decisions around architecture, libraries, and patterns in this stack
• Debug and resolve production issues in a structured, test-first manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years
  of professional experience as a frontend, backend, or full-stack engineer
• Strong proficiency in
  TypeScript
  and
  
• Hands-on experience with
  Vue 3
  (or solid Vue 2 with readiness to move to Vue 3)
• Experience with
  Pinia
  or strongly typed Vuex stores
• Solid understanding of
  Tailwind CSS
  and modern CSS tooling (PostCSS, nesting, etc.)
• Experience with
  SQL databases
  (PostgreSQL and/or MySQL) and
  Knex
  or another query builder/ORM
• Comfortable working with
  Docker
  and deploying applications to
  cloud platforms
  (GCP preferred)
• Experience writing and maintaining tests (unit, component, e2e) using tools like
  Vitest
  and
  Playwright
• Familiarity with
  GitHub Actions
  and/or
  GitLab CI
• Comfortable working in a codebase with
  ESLint
  ,
  Prettier
  , and automated dependency updates (Renovate)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with
  Vite
  and environment-specific build variables
• Prior work on design systems or component libraries in Vue
• Experience optimizing performance for large-scale SPAs
• Knowledge of security best practices for and SQL
• Experience in setting up or improving CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
