Officer RPM

Position Summary:

The Officer RPM is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of raw and packaging materials. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely availability of materials for production, and strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect raw and packaging materials (RPM) as per purchase orders and quality specifications.
• Maintain updated records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances in ERP/software or manual registers.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations; coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to fulfill daily material requirements.
• Verify supplier documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies on hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Prepare periodic reports on material usage, wastage, and variances for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or material handling, preferably in FMCG/cosmetics/pharmaceuticals/food manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Strong analytical, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, quality checks, and safety protocols.
