Cleaning

Clean office upper & basement, toilets, kitchen, and outdoor areas.

Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize washrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc.)
  • Empty dustbins and throw garbage properly
  • Clean windows, doors, and furniture
  • Keep reception and work areas clean
  • Make sure everything is tidy before and after office hours
  • Sweep and mop office floors daily

Kitchen & Pantry Management

  • Keep kitchen and pantry clean and organized
  • Make and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments
  • Wash dishes, cups, and utensils after use
  • Refill drinking water and clean bottles
  • Check kitchen items (tea, sugar, milk, tissue, etc.) and report if anything is finished
  • Maintain cleanliness while preparing food or drinks

Client & Staff Support

  • Serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors during meetings
  • Help with small office tasks (bank deposits, courier, photocopying, etc.)

General Office Assistance

  • Open and close office (if assigned)
  • Turn off lights, AC, and equipment when not in use
  • Help move files, equipment, or furniture
  • Inform supervisor about any repair needs (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Keep stock of cleaning items and request refills when needed

Office Timings: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time
