Role Title:
Legal Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site – Islamabad)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Legal Assistant located in Islamabad. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The role also involves organizing and maintaining files, conducting research, assisting in legal document preparation, and supporting the team in various day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative and legal operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries for the legal team.
  • Manage client communication and scheduling
  • Assist in coordinating legal projects and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills including scheduling, file organization, and office management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in conducting research and legal document preparation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
