Full Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Web Support Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with proven experience in backlink building and additional skills in WordPress management and light web development (HTML/CSS). This role combines SEO growth with website maintenance to ensure both visibility and performance of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

  • Optimize website structure, content, landing pages, and metadata.

  • Plan and execute backlink acquisition campaigns including outreach and guest posting.

  • Monitor backlink profile health and ensure quality and relevance.

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites including updates, plugins, and light coding edits (HTML, CSS, PHP).

  • Troubleshoot bugs and ensure responsive site performance.

  • Collaborate with teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.

  • Proven record in link-building and backlink strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Admin.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Local SEO experience.

  • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.

  • Familiarity with site builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi).

  • Hosting/cPanel knowledge.

  • Blogs and articles writing to support SEO and content marketing efforts.
