Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist, based in Karachi. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and growth. Key responsibilities include creating data-driven content calendars, managing daily posting schedules, analyzing campaign performance, and fostering community engagement across multiple platforms. The strategist will stay updated on industry trends and collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to align strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Analytics, including tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and reporting dashboard tools
  • Experience with Content Creation, Copywriting, and basic Graphic Design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing principles, including SEO and Paid Advertising
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with global social media trends and audience behavior analysis
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with video editing tools or influencer marketing management is a plus
