Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

Client Advocacy: Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Needs Assessment & Solutions: Understanding client goals, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized support and tailored solutions, which includes GenAI solutions.

Strategic Planning: Proactively developing and executing strategies to expand the client base, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth in line with Client needs.

Market Awareness: Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisions as per industry Trends proactively.

Business Development: Identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities from solutions/services and provide additional value to our clients.

Performance Monitoring: Gathering client feedback and analyzing data to assess satisfaction levels and inform strategies for improvement.
