We are hiring a Property Surveyor to visit properties, collect accurate details, and maintain records for our real estate agency. The role requires outdoor visits and coordination with the office team.

Responsibilities:

• Survey different properties as assigned
• Collect and confirm property details (location, size, price, etc.)
• Report data back to the office team
• Maintain proper records of surveyed properties
• Assist with follow-ups when required

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred (age 19–25 years)
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate
• Must have a personal bike (mandatory)
• Good communication and active personality
• Should be living in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (near I-8 Markaz preferred)
• Hostel residents will not be considered

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• 6 working days a week

Salary Package:

• Rs. 23,000 during probation
• Rs. 25,000 after probation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs23, Rs25,000.00 per month

Language:

• English and Urdu (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
