Destro Technologies is seeking dynamic, motivated, and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, have experience in software cold calling, and are fluent in English, we want to hear from you In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, establishing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to introduce Destro Technologies' software products.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to meet sales targets.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals and expand our customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling software solutions or services is a plus.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and current trends is a plus.
