Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Health Specialist at Peshawar Institute of Medical Sciences, located in Peshawar. The Public Health Specialist will be responsible for assessing public health needs, developing and implementing health programs, conducting research, and analyzing data to improve community health outcomes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating the community on health issues, and ensuring environmental health standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Environmental Health and Public Health
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret public health data
  • Experience in Community Health and developing health initiatives for the community
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse populations and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Relevant educational background in Public Health or a related field, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Experience in a healthcare or educational institution is a plus
