Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented
Business Developer (Upwork Specialist)
to join our growing team at

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, client communication, project acquisition, and building long-term relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the internal team for smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a
  Business Developer / Upwork Specialist
  .
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
