About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can help us reimagine our digital presence across multiple eCommerce brands in the USA and Canada.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, usability, and business results. You will be responsible for revamping existing websites, guiding new headless commerce projects, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and conversion-driven design, combining research, strategy, and visual creativity to deliver measurable improvements in engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces for our eCommerce websites and landing pages.
  • Lead UI/UX direction for redesign projects, including site structure, navigation flow, and visual hierarchy.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end and Magento developers to ensure design accuracy and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and reusable design components for consistency.
  • Develop marketing and brand visuals including banners, social media creatives, infographics, email templates, and brochures.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve usability and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics and data insights to refine design decisions and elevate customer experience.
  • Present concepts and updates to management and stakeholders clearly, aligning creative vision with business goals.
  • Take ownership of design outcomes with a mindset focused on growth, quality, and accountability.

Role Expectations

  • Work proactively to understand brand goals and audience behaviors across multiple regions (USA and Canada).
  • Ensure designs align with SEO and marketing requirements for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Translate feedback from marketing, development, and leadership into actionable design improvements.
  • Help establish a scalable design workflow that supports future site launches and updates.
  • Stay current with design trends, UX best practices, and technologies relevant to eCommerce and headless systems.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within an eCommerce or web-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, design systems, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience collaborating with Magento or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with headless architecture, front-end workflows, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Excellent visual design sense with attention to detail, typography, and balance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
