PURPOSE:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 2–6 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET and Angular. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and PostgreSQL, with solid frontend development skills in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud platforms (AWS) is highly valued. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior exposure to healthcare or workforce management systems will be a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in backend development with .NET (C#, Entity Framework, LINQ) and frontend development with Angular.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL (queries, performance optimization, stored procedures).
  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Exposure to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development environments.
  • Experience in healthcare or workforce management domains is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable backend services using .NET, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ; optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases.
  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive, high-performing UI components using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS3.
  • API Development & Integration: Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration with external systems.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; participate in peer reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-based architectures using AWS.
  • Collaboration: Work in Agile teams, engage in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Technical Contribution: Take ownership of development tasks, contribute to architectural decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
