We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an Amazon Private Label & Brand Growth Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing brands on Amazon, as well as launching new private label brands. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and optimization across product listings, compliance, and advertising.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute strategies to scale brands on Amazon, ensuring long-term growth.


• Oversee the successful launch of new private label brands, from research to market entry.


• Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO, A+ Content, and brand store updates.


• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, including listing regulations and other Amazon policies.


• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.


• Lead and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.


• Analyze competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.


• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain product quality and availability.


• Handle inventory forecasting and management to prevent stockouts or overstock.


• Collaborate with internal teams to delegate tasks efficiently and drive operational success.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in managing and growing brands on Amazon (Private Label or Brand Management).


• Expertise in Amazon PPC management and advertising strategy.


• Strong understanding of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health management.


• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.


• Experience with Amazon research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) to drive informed decisions.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to handle projects with team-mates and divide task for better performance.


• Ability to communicate with foreign clients.

Salary:
Negotiable based on skills and experience.

Experience:
At least 3-4 years or more in Amazon private label or brand management.
