Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices to tenants for rent, utilities, maintenance fees, marketing contribution and other changes as per lease agreement.
- Monitor and follow up on customer ageing ensuring compliance with mall policies regarding payment deadlines to ensure timely collection.
- Implement debt recovery measures, including issuing reminders, negotiating payment plans, and escalating unresolved.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants regarding invoices.
- Prepare and reconcile customer accounts ledger.
- Coordinate with tenants/vendors for invoicing and collections.
- Support month-end closing, reporting and audits.
- Resolve billing, payment, or charge disputes in collaboration with tenants and internal teams.
- Ensure that all charges are in accordance with lease agreement, including rent escalations, common area maintenance fees, and other contractual term.
- Timely recording of advance tax deducted by clients through advice.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong Knowledge of accounts receivable process.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
