We're Hiring – Education & Visa Counselor

Location: Rawalpindi – Phase 7, Bahria Town (On-site)

ScholarshipHive Edutancy is expanding its operations and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Education & Visa Counselor who can professionally handle both Study Visa and Visit Visa cases.

Position: Education & Visa Counselor Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field Countries Experience Required:

  • Italy
  • France
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide students & clients regarding study and visit visa applications
  • Manage complete case files from assessment to on-boarding
  • Communicate professionally with clients (calls, WhatsApp & in-office)
  • Guide in documentation, application processing, and follow-ups
  • Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of tasks

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Strong communication & counseling abilities
  • Good understanding of visa requirements and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and time management
