Knitwear Cutting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete cutting department for knitwear production.
• Plan and execute fabric cutting based on production schedules.
• Ensure accurate marker making, fabric utilization, and minimum wastage.
• Supervise cutting teams and ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stitching, and QA departments for smooth workflow.
• Inspect cut panels for measurements and quality before moving to stitching.
• Maintain daily cutting reports, fabric consumption sheets, and production logs.
• Ensure proper maintenance of cutting machines (straight knife, band knife, die-cutting tools, etc.).
• Manage inventory of cutting equipment and consumables.
• Resolve cutting issues, improve efficiency, and reduce fabric losses.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master degree in relevant field.

Experience Required:

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in knitwear cutting operations.
• Previous experience in large-scale textile/garment factories is preferred.
