Job Title: Project Manager / QA Tester (Part-Time, Lahore Only)

We are looking for a Project Manager / QA Tester to join our growing team. This role is part-time (4 hours a day, remote) for the first month, with a transition to full-time on-site at our Lahore Defence office from next month. If you are not open to relocating or working from our Lahore office, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple projects across departments (Figma/Design, Full Stack Development, WordPress, etc.).

Act as the primary point of contact for clients — respond to queries, chase updates, and maintain strong communication.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of tasks.

Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO.

Perform QA testing on all projects before delivery to ensure quality and functionality.

Identify and document issues, communicate them to the team, and follow up until resolved.

Help streamline processes and workflows across the company.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects on track.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager, QA Tester, or in a similar coordination role.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills (a must).

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Open to learning — QA training will be provided where required.

Able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.

Must be willing to work part-time remote (4 hours/day, 1 day off) for the first month and then full-time on-site at our Lahore Defence office.

Compensation

Part-time (4 hours/day): PKR 45,000 per month

Transition to full-time salary will be discussed upon moving to office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
