We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Production to lead and manage the entire production function at our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire production process of the factory/plant.
  • Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor production KPIs and ensure timely achievement of targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff and shift managers.
  • Identify process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare production reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
