Key Responsibilities:

  • Write platform-specific, engaging captions that drive audience interaction

  • Respond to audience interactions and foster community engagement
  • Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with social media management and paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
