We are a creative marketing agency specializing in video editing, short-form storytelling, motion graphics, and digital marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads). Our team delivers high-quality creative content and performance-driven campaigns that help brands grow.

We are looking for a Project Hunter / Online Bidder who can secure relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively bid and submit proposals for projects in two niches:

Video & Creative Services

  • Video editing (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Post-production (color grading, sound design, transitions)
  • Motion graphics & animations (logo intros, explainer videos, ad creatives)
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube ads)
  • Lead generation campaigns for businesses
  • Research and identify high-potential clients/leads.
  • Customize proposals to match client needs and highlight our expertise.
  • Maintain communication until the deal is closed.
  • Pass qualified leads/projects to our production & marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bidder/project hunter on Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer.
  • Familiarity with both video editing/post-production and digital marketing niches.
  • Strong proposal writing & client communication skills.
  • Ability to identify profitable projects and bring consistent leads.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven mindset.

Compensation

  • Commission-Based – Earn a percentage on every project closed.
  • No fixed hours → you decide your effort; your earnings scale with projects you bring.
  • Expected workload: 20–25 hrs/week minimum (flexible, results-driven).
