ITI Fitters- Assembling parts of Brahmos Missile
- Knowledge in Marking axis and center lines on critical shapes
- Assembling all missile component as per drawing and ensuring leaks
- Finding defects in assemblies and rectifying the same
- Good knowledge in planning the work and meeting the targets in time
- Using conventional drilling machine and hand drilling machine
- making counter holes and matching the screws on a missile contour body
- Drilling suitable hole diameter as per the required threading and performing Tapping by using suitable Tap sets
- Experience as a Maintenance mechanic or similar role will be a plus .
- Experience in handling measuring tool used in assembly.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Knowledge on welding the joints.
- Experience in making simple jigs & fixtures used for drilling, assembly... etc.,
- Understands the engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.
- Expert in joining the two sheets by Riveting.
Qualification: Diploma Mechanical, Production, Quality, ITI Industrial, Metallurgical
Experience - 1-5 years
Salary: 2.5 to 5 Lacks per annum
