We are seeking a dedicated and organized Female Office Assistant to support our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative, documentation, and client coordination tasks related to trademark registration, company incorporation, copyright, and other legal consultancy services.
This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in the legal and corporate consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and corporate documents.
- Assist in filing applications for trademarks, copyrights, company registrations, and related matters.
- Manage correspondence with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Handle office tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and filing.
- Support lawyers and consultants in drafting letters, forms, and legal documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
