Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Internal Auditor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and improve internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and help strengthen operational efficiency. This role is crucial in safeguarding company assets and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits across departments (finance, operations, inventory, and compliance)
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management procedures
  • Identify gaps, irregularities, and areas for process improvement
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions
  • Monitor follow-ups and track improvements after audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or relevant auditing/accounting role
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
