Medical Rep

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide dermatologists and skin specialists on company products, their formulations, benefits, and usage.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance brand visibility and trust.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product promotion and territory management.
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to ensure consistent product availability and support.
• Organize and participate in product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.
• Collect market insights and competitor information to support sales strategies.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills to motivate healthcare professionals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
• Sound understanding of dermatology and skincare products (preferred).

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or derma product sales
