Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, React, AWS ECS, DynamoDB, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a solid understanding of monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog for root cause analysis and health checks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using
  • Deploy and manage microservices on AWS ECS and integrate with DynamoDB.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Write and maintain Groovy-based unit and integration tests.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and infrastructure automation.
  • Perform root cause analysis using Splunk and Datadog to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing using to validate feature impact and optimize user experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Strong proficiency in , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.


• Familiarity with Groovy for writing unit tests.
• Proficient in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
