Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sialkot for a Manager Post Induction (Sewing) at Libermann International. The Manager will oversee post-induction sewing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving operational challenges, and driving efficiency across the sewing department. Leadership and communication will be key to maintaining a productive work environment, meeting deadlines, and achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in sewing processes, production scheduling, and quality management techniques.
  • Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to effectively oversee a diverse group of team members.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to identify inefficiencies and optimize operational workflows.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate across departments and ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is preferred, with a particular focus on post-induction processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Management, or a related field is preferred.
