Location: Lahore, Pakistan – Onsite

About the Role

AHK Solutions is looking for a multi-talented creative professional who can handle end-to-end visual content — from shooting photos & videos to editing and designing graphics for digital platforms.

If you're equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of a design screen, and you enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Photo Production

  • Shoot high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, social media, branding, events, and corporate content.
  • Plan and execute property shoots, office shoots, interviews, and promotional content (as required).
  • Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.

Video Editing

  • Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos for social media, website, ads, and internal use.
  • Add text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
  • Perform color correction, stabilization, and sound balancing to maintain professional quality.
  • Create short-form content like Reels, Shorts, TikToks based on trends and marketing needs.

Graphic Design

  • Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, brochures, pitch decks, flyers, and branding material.
  • Create visual identities that align with AHK Solutions' brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing/content teams to convert ideas into strong visual concepts.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Branding, and Product teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, visuals, and content themes.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files, raw footage, and edited content.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Tools – Video:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
  • Basic Adobe After Effects or motion graphics skills (plus point)
  • Tools – Design:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma / Canva (for quick social media content)
  • Strong eye for composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with feedback.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in real estate, corporate, or startup branding content.
  • Basic knowledge of branding, content strategy, or marketing funnels.
  • Experience with drone videography or product photography.
