Air BNB Co-Host

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Co-Host to help manage and optimize short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will act as the property owner's trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and increased booking performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Communication: Handle inquiries, bookings, and guest support via Airbnb and other platforms (pre-booking, during stay, and post-checkout).
• Check-In/Check-Out Management: Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, provide key exchange, and ensure smooth processes.
• Property Management: Conduct property inspections, restock essentials, and report maintenance issues.
• Cleaning & Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise housekeeping and repairs as needed.
• Listing Optimization: Update property descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability to maximize visibility and bookings.
• Revenue Management: Monitor occupancy rates, adjust pricing strategies, and provide reports to the property owner.
• Hospitality & Guest Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed, resolve issues promptly, and maintain 5-star reviews.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or Airbnb co-hosting preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties efficiently.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Airbnb platform, calendars, and property management tools.
• Availability to respond promptly to guest inquiries and emergencies.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
