Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Closer with a strong background in international call center operations. This role combines frontline sales with project management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can both close high-ticket deals and lead a team to success.

The right candidate will not only hit personal sales targets but also take ownership of the call center's overall performance by managing operators, setting KPIs, and ensuring consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and manage 80+ outbound calls per day to international clients
  • Close high-value deals averaging $10k+ with annual sales targets of $1.5M+
  • Manage day-to-day call center operations remotely
  • Provide training and mentorship to operators (5+ years' experience required for trainer role)
  • Monitor performance, generate daily reports, and ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales/training experience
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience in a call center environment
  • Proven ability as a Sales Closer in high-volume, international markets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English with a reliable internet connection
  • Experience in education and training sales is highly preferred

Contract & Payment

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Rate: $8/hr (further details discussed individually)
  • Payment: Biweekly
  • Must align with CET hours
